• Provide & help to compute Gerber data (could offer free under special condition).
• Guide customer to convert multilayer to small layer count PCB.
• Provide conversion of engineering drawing into Gerber data.

All associate PCB factories implement 5 S floor Management – minimize quality problem, make quality control easier. Problem board could be detected easily, only skillful & trained operator are qualify to run the line, strong Team work, Clean floor area. Unrelated product or material should be clear within the shortest time, strictly follow the ISO operation system.
